Can I Disable BCM??

I inadvertently uninstalled something called MSSQL$MICROSOFTMLBIZ
while I was uninstalling some software using the control panel. Ever
since then, Microsoft Outlook keeps barking at me because BCM doesn't
like me any more..

I like Outlook as a mail program, but have never liked BCM. Is there a
way I can disable BCM and be done with it? Or a way to reinstall the
MSSQL$MICROSOFTMLBIZ?

I have already given myself all the lectures I need about the
importance of not being foolish, so I odn't need any of them.

Thanks for the answer. Or should I say thanks for the question? :)

I can't see anywhere in control panel where it can be uninstalled.
Would it be lurking under a pseudonym?

If you don't see anything like that, maybe it is not installed but still has
a Add-in installed in outlook or something. You should be able to check
Add-ins under Tools/Trust Center...

Puzzle solved. I stopped looking for the difficult pieces and set my
eyes on the easy ones. Thanks.
