Can I disable outlook autoconfigure?

Hello,

I have 2 servers both for clients for exchange in our same organization. If
I reboot a server, the client might try to autoconfigure to the other
server. Is there a way to disable it or increase the timeout for outlook?

To be clear I don't want to modify the server autoconfigure settings - just
the outlook client or registry on the workstations.
