You will want to know the location on your computer of your
damaged pst file also.

Nikki - Thank goodness I opted for a backup as the original was replaced with
a complete new file. Now, when I open Outlook (2007), it's completely empty
- all contacts, calendar entries, tasks etc are gone - as if I have a
completely new Outlook install. How do I reinstate the backup file? I see a
"Outlook.bak" file, I assume it's the backup file. Thanks for all your great
