I am also struggling with the visio trial download. I'm in the UK.
Initially I ordered a copy on disc, but they sent me microsoft office
instead. I ordered it again (just in case i picked the worng option),
but they (again) sent me a copy of microsoft office. Clearly there is a
problem with the ordering system also.
This morning I got onto customer services and they are going to give me
ring back. They tried to talk me through the download option over the
telephone, but this seems to create a sales order within the united
states - rather than presenting a download link. I was reluctant to hit
he "confirm order" button for obvious reasons. As stated above, I am in
the united kingdom.
