Can I download outlook to upgrade my existing outlook express?

I work in a very small office (6 people) and our email is set-up using
Outlook Express. We have discussed internally, wanting to have regular
Outlook to be able to share profile information such as meetings,
appointments, due dates, etc. Is there a way to download outlook via the MS
website to upgrade my (our) existing outlook express?

First, Outlook is not an upgrade of Outlook Express. They're independent
applications. Second, without a server, there's no way to share any
information in Outlook. Your options can be found here:
