Can I e-mail auto link to opportunities?

I would like to set some e-mail addresses to auto link to specific
opportunites, rather than simply the accounts. Is this possible?

You can link, but not autolink, email messages to opportunities. The
reason is that autolink matches the email address in the email message
to one of the addresses in the business contact or account.
Opportunities do not have an email address.
