Can I edit macro buttons on the quick access toolbar in excel?

In excel 2003, I was able to edit the appearance of the buttons on the toolbar that you pressed to run macros. (screen dump attached)

I can't find any facility to do this in office 365.
The reason I want to do this is to more easily identify what each button does.
Is this possible?
