Hi Danielle,

Also, some of the reports are also available in the "Save As... ->Excel"
feature. If the one you want is not available, use the "New Map" feature
and model something that is very similar to the report you want.

I, too, had some problems exporting. I need my report/view in html format. I have been able to use the "mapping" feature, but it doesn't allow me to sort. I basically want the Resource Usage view in HTML, but have not been able to sort it like the Usage view, any help would be appreciated.

Deluth,

If you are using MSP 2003, you can right-click the toolbar and choose
"Analysis". There will be a toolbar icon called "XML Reporting Wizard".
Although you need to hand-build your report, you can create an XML file that
builds the report and can be opened in a browser. -Bill

Bill - I see the XML reporting wizard, but unable to figure out how I can "hand-build" my report. The wizard leads me to select existing files, nothing allowing me to select data off of the project. I guess the trick here is to create a XSL type file - I have no idea how to create such file. Thanks in advance.

Hi Deluth,

Yes. You will have to build a XSL file that MSP will read and then output
the data in the format you specified.
