I have created a simple form in word with some field boxes and dropdown list
menus. I want to export this into an outlook message to send out to
recipients, or alternatively import this information into outlook.

Thanks

JoAnn,

I did, but it removes the form fields and leaves the remainder of the form.
This is fine except that it removes drop-down list boes and if I want to
export data into excel on return I won't be able to

Graham,

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately I didn't answer my question. I want to
take a form I created in word and put it into an email message to be sent out
to recipients. The email message needs to retain the fields I created in word.

I could have created a form in outlook, but found it clunky and not good to
look at.

My problem is how to retain the form field (drop-down menu boxes) so that on
return I can export/import the data in excel for analysis and reporting

Send it as an attachment.
Word document fields are not compatible with HTML e-mail.
