Can I Export email address from Access right into my email addres.

I want to take existing email address in our Access program and export them
into my email address book. This will reduce a huge admin task for my
assistant and speed up our promotional email program

The way to do this depends on the email program you're using. One
approach that works with almost all of them is to create a query in
Access that includes the fields and records you want. Then export the
query to a CSV file, and finally import this into the email program.
