Can I fill in a custom Access form on a Tablet PC?

I have a customer that is interested in having me develop an Access database
for him to keep his client records and history. He would like to run it on a
Tablet PC and wants to be able to fill in the fields in the database form
using the handwriting features of the Tablet.

Can an XP Tablet Edition machine recognize data entered into an Access field
and convert the handwriting to text to fill in the field with?
