Not automatically I'm afraid. The PhoneticGuide is inserted as EQ fields,
plus manual formatting.
But if you are lucky, and the phonetic guide has some unique font and font
size that does not appear elsewhere, you might be able to show the field
codes (Alt+F9) and then use "Find/Replace" to apply some font color (or
colored character style) in one "replace all", instead of having to apply it
manually to every field.
