Can I forward Folders Container emails to another email address?

If I am leaving and i want to forward some folders containing several emails
in each folder to another user...the person who will be taking over my
position, can i do this? Or do i have toforward each individuall email?

You can attach multiple email messages, but not complete folders.

I would create a new PST file, then copy these folders into that PST
file. You can give then that file to the other user.
