Can I generate logic-based reports in Project?

I have a list of workers and what days they'll be working on various
projects. Want to generate a list of workers who will be available- and thus
have zero or no value entered- during a specified timeframe. Does Project
have the functionality to add this logic, where I can specify date from and
to and generate this report?

Hello Cabell,
You will have to share the resource between every project (if you work with
Project stand alone)
Tools / Resource Sharing / Share resources... / Use resources from...
After you assigned your resource on tasks in each project, display the
Resource Usage view and add the "Remaining Availability" field (Right click
on a yellow cell)

You may also have to create a table (Menu View/Table/More tables) and a view
(Menu View/More views) if you want a specific display layout.
