Can I get a hyperlink to open across two frames?

Sue

I have a 3 frame page... Banner, Contents and Main.

Is is possible for me to create a hyperlink in the contents frame that will
open in the contents and main frame leaving only the banner of the original
page?

Thanks

Yes, just link to a file that re-creates the two frames you want, and sets
the starting page to the two you want.

Also, look into "dynamic frames" which allows you to specifiy frame contents
files with a link. (FrontPage doesn't do that though, you'll have to learn
to code that by hand.)

These methods fail if javascript is not enabled - just so you'll know. And,
really, it's better not to use frames at all....
