can i get border art into office 2003

when running office 2003 can you get border art as well as lines When i first
installed office 2003 clicked onto lines and then more lines a panel came up
and when i clicked th border art tab i am told border art was not installed
re insert disk toinstall i did and it did. re installed program now border
art inst. boes'nt come up and i can no longer get border art in office 2003
