Can I get the Office SP3 upgrade sent to me on CD?

I am using Microsoft Office Professional XP. The automatic download
information says in will take 322 minutes to download and install SP3. An
upgrade via a CD would be much quicker. As far as I can determine the CD
upgrade, English version, is available free of charge to users in North
America - but it is not apparently available in the UK at all (charge or no
charge) - unless someone knows different?

Did you ever get a response to your question or have you found the answer
another way? I am facing the same problem and have had 5 failures so far at
4 hours each! I can't seem to find any responses from Microsoft themselves.
