I know in Publisher you can group text boxes. Is there a way to do that in
Word?

Press Shift button and click all the textboxes you want to group. Then,
keeping shift pressed, make a right click and you'll see Grouping option;
click Group.

Yes. Click on the first text box, then hold down the Ctrl key and click on
the other text boxes you want in the group. After they are selected, right
click your mouse and click on Grouping > Group.

Pressing the shift key seems easier for me as I can click wherever I want in
these texboxes and not only on the textbox's margin like with ctrl key :)
