Can I have music background using a Outlook Express 2000

I have a Pent.111 and it has Outlook Express 2000. Can I play background
music on my emails? How please??Doses it need to be a wav or MP3 track. I
have an ME system NOT XP.

When composing a message in Outlook Express, try Format > Background >
Sound.
