The short answer is yes but it is not recommended. You will want to install
2002 then install 2003. Note you generally don’t want to have both open at
the same time this could run into issues. When working with the different
versions on the same computer the next time the other version is opened a
repair is trigged for Visio. Also take note that some of the solutions have
been updated and will require a file from the previous version to be updated
which may result in the file no longer being able to open or function in the

You should be able to achieve this by running a virtual machine, try
VMWare, it's free.
