We are using Outlook 2000 (corporate) for our firm's entire contact list.
When we create a new message and use the "To" button to search for a name, it
sorts by first name (I figured out how to change the sort by last name, but
it interferes with a macro system we have). However, if the contact's full
name includes ", M.D.", ", AIA" or ", CPA", the contact's first name is
listed as "M.D.", "AIA" or "CPA". This does not happen if the suffix is
"Esq." So, I thought there must be a fileter to filter out the Esq. suffix.
If so, is there a way to filter out other suffixes like MD, CPA, etc.?
