Can I import info into Project level custom/enterprise fields?

I'm trying to import info from Excel into MS Project at the Project/Metadata
level. Most of these are custom/enterprisefields. Possible?

To the best of my knowledge it is not possible to 'import values' from excel.

However, if you are creating value lists for custom fields . . i have used
a simple cut and paste from an excel list into the Project custom outline
code/ field values.
