Can I imprve Excel 2000 with more CPU

I have a user with an INTENSE calculation in excel, we have treaked
everything. Can excel take advantage of a 4 processor machine instead
of a dual..would that help?

Tom,

The only advantage is that would be gained using a multiple CPU
machine would be that other applications wouldn't take CPU time,
so Excel would get more. Excel itself, however, will run only on
one CPU; it can't take advantage of multiple CPUs.
