Can i insert Video Files

Im just getting to the end of my site but i want to put video files that will
run on one of my pages can i do this through the publisher software.

You could upload the movie file to your site (put it in a separate folder,
i.e., downloads) and then create a link on a webpage to the movie.
When clicked on the movie link the file would download and your default
movie program (i.e., Windows Media Player) would run the movie.
After the movie ends the visitor would then close Media Player and be back
to the webpage.
