Can I install Office home and Student 2007 again?

I have the CD for Office home and Student 2007 and it is licensed for 3 PCs.
I need to return one of my PCs (problems w/ hardware) and under warantee. Can
I re-use that license without taking up another license? Do I need to
uninstall the software before I return it?
