Can I install Office XP on two PCs?

Hi,

I have Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers, Version 2002. It's in
a yellow folder with a Product Key and was purchased at retail (not bundled
on a computer). I now have installed this on a desktop and validated the
installation.

Can I install Office XP, Version 2002 on two computers? I'd like to use it
on my desktop and laptop. I will be the only user.

I have searched everywhere and could not find the answer to this, so any
help will be much appreciated.

I've now checked Google and it appears I can not install Office XP on more
than one PC. No need to reply, but thanks.
