Can I install office XP upgrade on Vista?

I bought a new computer with Vista + MS works 8.5 preinstalled.
I have an old compter Windows ME based which had come preinstalled with
Word2000. I subsquently bought upgrade versions of Office 2000 pro and then
Office Xp pro, and have been on XP pro for the last few years. I have the CD
keys for the Office 2000 & Office XP upgrades along with teh origical CDs.

I am not a power user and have no need for the "new improved" features of
Office 2007 hence, if I can help it, don't want to plonk ~$300.
