Can I install Onenote on a laptop and a PC with the same license?.

I have the full version and before I open it , I would like to know if I will
be able to re-install Onenote on my laptop when I get it upgraded with WinXP
and use the same license number.

OneNote has the same licensing provisions as the Office family, i.e.,
install on a desktop and a portable computer. The theory is you use the
product while on your desktop, and you use the product when away from the
desktop of a laptop or Tablet PC.
