can i install onenote on my ipaq?

I can't figure out how to get this on my ipaq 1945 series. Are these
compatible? This looks like such a great product, I'd love to use it.

Two things stick out for me at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/onenote/prodinfo/sysreq.mspx

1. Requires 128 Meg Ram (I thought the 1945 max mem was 64?)
2. Requires WindowsXP or later OS. No mention of the Windows Mobile 2003
for Pocket PC OS.

But... if someone else has more info...please post. I'd like to see this as
well.

OneNote does not run on the Windows Mobile (aka Pocket PC) platform.
There is no version of it for the Mobile platform.
