L

Lon Orenstein

No, the Onebox programmers haven't linked to BCM contacts, just Outlook
ones.

thanks
plaxo integrates but uses phone sevice of a JAH-JAH which lacks some of the
versatility of one connect in terms of returning calls or calling out. Are
you familar with that JAH-Jah

No, I'm not familiar with jah-jah. I was on Onebox for awhile and then
switched to RingCentral which I really like. You can create rules for
answering which gives lots of flexibility but they haven't linked to BCM yet
either.

Sigh...

No, it doesn't do it automatically. I do the same as you, paste the number
into RingCentrals' on-screen controller, and then write a Business Note or
Phone Log to record notes about the call.

One day, maybe???
