can i just get the emails that have certain message in subject?

I have a Point of Sale computer and do not wish to get any emails other than
them that say in the subject line: Your e-commerce site has received an order!

Is that possible?

Is that possible?

No. Outlook will yank ALL e-mails from your mailbox and then apply any
rules against them. You could, however, define a rule that moves all
e-mails that do NOT have this string in their Subject header to some
other folder (or delete them or whatever you want with them) or move
e-mails with that string in the Subject header to its own folder.
