Can I launch InfoPath form from a web browser -- can a web applic.

I need to create a web survey that will launch a form, capture the signature
as handwriting, save the whole form as an image, then continue the web
survey. Is this possible with InfoPath?

I need not just the handwriting, but I need the entire form saved as an
image. Also, I need to know whether I can launch the form from a webpage.
