A retail license for Office 2003 (except for students and teachers edition)
allow for installation on one desktop and one portable, used by the same
person, but not simultaneously. An OEM license (purchase Office with the
computer) can only be installed on the computer with which it came. The
Students and Teacher'Edition can be installed on up to 3 computers.
You can always reload the software onto the same computer, irrespective of
the version or license. Depending on how often you do this, you may be
required to activate by telephone, a painless process that takes about 5
minutes.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, ZZ asked:
| I am interested in buying MS Office 2003.
|
| I've heard that you can load MS Office only once!?!?
|
| Can I load MS Office to both my laptop and desktop?
|
| If I do any system restores in the future, will I be able to relod MS
| Office to the computer?
|
| What is Microsoft's policy on reloading MS Office?
|
| Thank for your help in advance.
