Can I lock some contacts so that they cannot be seen by others?

Can I lock contacts so that they cannot be viewed by others? Can this prevent
a person from creating a back up file of my outlook program for their own
use?

Hi,

Although there is no feature to 'Lock' your Business Contacts, you can use
your Logon id to prevent other users from accessing your Business Contact
Manager Data. If you have a separate Logon account on the system, other users
logging on to the system using other id's cannot access your database at all.
