Can I lock text size in FrontPage text box?

I would like to lock the text size in the body of my website, which I wrote
and published in Frontpage. I want to prevent the text size adjustment found
in Internet Explorer 6.0 from changing the text from medium to large or
larger. Any thoughts? Or do I have create/save it as a gif file on the page?

There is no way to do this without just using a graphic, which is more than
unadvisable....

Locking the text size is never a good idea. Users change the font size so
that they can read the text.
The only way to lock the text size is to convert it to an image - which
makes for a huge download for body text, and the users who would change the
font size would be unable to read it. Search engines will also be unable to
index the page, if that is important.

Hi ,

I had the same problem as you do. Actually I was able to fix it with the
following directions;

On view menu, click design, than highlight the text ares with your mouse,
right click with the mouse, select font and click again.
Where you see the size it migth be (10pt) delete that and write 12px
than click apply than ok. save it, than try to view. I'm sure it will help.
Please let me know the result.

No, you cannot prevent users from changing the text size. And it's not a
good idea anyway.

You can specify the text size in your web page for normal view when it
loads in the browser. But users can override it.
