My company has recently switched from Windows Messenger to MS Communicator as
our internal IM system. With Windows Messenger I was able to download the
third party "MSGPlus", that allowed me to save logs of conversations for
future reference. I do not find anything in MS Communicator that allows the
same functionality. This always provided a reference, as well as a
converstion audit trail and is s function that will be sorely missed.
