Can I make a data access page out of a "form" with subforms?

We have an office overseas and we currently use a form (with continuous
subforms connected to different tables within our databases) which I would
like to publish for the other office to have access to. Is this possible? I
tried a straight "Save As." and only got half the form i.e., without the
subform. Also I noticed that some of the drop down lists have lost their
data.
