Can I make a hotkey

I am keeping a list of movie titles. I very frequently have to
convert to title case.

Can I add a menu option for this? I would love to have a right click
option.

Shift + F3 will cycle you through the cases after you highlight the
title.

You should be able to create a macro for this. First select the text whose
case you want to change, then open the create macro dialog box (i.e., click
REC at the bottom of your screen), assign a keyboard combination to the
macro you're creating, and then click Format>Change case>Title case, and
stop recording. You could also include a right arrow before stopping the
macro recording. That way your cursor will be just to the right of the text
whose case you've changed when the macro completes its work.
