Can I make state transition diagrams in Visio?

Not activity diagrams, or state diagram.

Which methodology?
What would you like it to contain? States? Events that cause
transitions to other states?
The answer is yes.

Thanks for the answer, Paul. I figured out what I needed to do. I was trying
to make a State Transition Diagram, also referred to by faculty at my school
as a Finite State Machine, for a system architecture class I am taking. I
don't actually know whose methodology we're using, shamefully. I've gotten a
student copy of Visio and am not familiar with it yet. So it's a learning
process. I found a set of engineering stencils that worked nicely. Circles
with "S0" at the top, arcing arrows showing the transitions between various
states.

Again, thanks for pitying me and putting a hand out there.
