Can I make the virus warning box not com

Hello all

When clicking on a hyperlink, we always get a "Virus protection/ warning" dialog box opens. Can I turn this off somehow? I went to tools>options>Advanced>virus protection and made sure this was not checked. It seems to make no differrence. We go back and forth between the database and the Visio drawing repeatedly and the box comes up constantly.

Any help appreciated!!!
