Can I mouse click Radial diagram circle to change color in Word?

I want to use the Radial diagram for customer feedback. To make it easy and
clean I would like them to read descriptive words typed in each circle on the
Radial diagram and then click to choose the circle with the word the like.
When they click I would like the circle background color to change. Is this
possible?
