Can i move the pallete position in Visio 2002?

Can I move the pallete position in Visio 2002. For example I have something
laid out on a very large page size that contains a lot of guidelines. When I
change the page set up to 8.5 x 11 my pallete gets moved and the graphic and
guidelines are now off the page. Can I move the page pallete positon. Regards,
