Log in to your account via Outlook Web Access (OWA) and select Options
on the left. Scroll to the bottom and you can recover deleted Exchange
items.

Hello,
It depends. If you are using a POP email account, you can go to your webmail and recover any emails that you may have accidentally deleted in Entourage. If you are using an IMAP or Exchange, there is not a way because these types of accounts are in sync with your webmail and watch for different kinds of activities such as replying to/forwarding an email(s) and deleting messages.
