Can I password protect an Outlook folder? Setting: business environment
where one of the laptops is sometimes utilized for presentations ... There
is one primary user to this laptop and want to password protect specific
folders (general folder not public)... IS it possible to password protect
"ONE" specific folder? Thanks

You can password protect your PST file. Also, you don't mention your
workstation OS version, but if using 2000/XP, set up a different user
account for the 'guest' user (with no admin rights) and make sure you're
using NTFS as your disk format -that way you can protect more than just this
single file. Nobody but the main user/admin will have rights to it.
