I have a main menu, and there are certain area I need to keep people out of.
I want to keep one button open that directs them to a form to fill out, the
rest needs to be locked out. How do I do this?

You can password protect a particular object, like a Form or Button. Here's a link that shows how to password protect a
Form; you can extend this logic to the button level easily:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/209871

Be aware, however, that this method provides little security. Users can still access the tables and can change data at
will.
