can I pre load pictures in publisher webpage?

My web page takes for ever to load up pictures and this looks unprofessional.
How do I insert the html to pre load pictures in Publisher intelf - at the
moment I have to keep doing it manually every time I update the page which is
very annoying...

Perhaps resample, reduce and optimize your images for the web before you
insert them into your webpages with a third party image program. The larger
the image, the longer it takes to load. Alternatively, just use the compress
image function if you are using Pub 2003. Reference: "Compress graphics file
