When I save an email to My Documents Outlook creates a folder with the name
of the file, say XXXX as well as saving the file. The folder is entitled
"XXX_files" and will contain the logo or other background files from that
email. It is cluttering up what was for years a beautiful, nearly OCD filing
system making it nearly impossible to find things that I've saved.
