Can I print a mailmerge print job with a half-used pg. of labels?

Annie Fellsen

I have created a mail merge in Word from Excel (it's just labels, nothing
fancy) and I'd like to print them using a half-used page of labels for the
first page.

Is it possible to change the starting point from the first label on the page
(row 1, column 1) to a label further down the page? Or do I need to start
this print job with a fresh page?

Thanks!

If you were to merge it to a file, you could make your adjustments before you
started the print. The copy and paste features would allow you to do this
and the difficulty would depend solely on the number of pages involved.
Facts are; once the merge has been completed to a new document the Mail Merge
system is out of the picture.

Insert as many blank records at the beginning of the datasource to move the
first record that contains data down as far as required.
