Can I print jounal items?

I record my time I spend on Clients through the journal. I would like to be
able to print these journals so I can bill my clients easier.

Sure, you can print those as well in the same method that you can print
Outlook messages; File-> Print...
If your view is set to a table view like "Entry List", you can print the
item overview as well instead of needing to print each individual item.
