Can i program customized windows to appear in the task Pane in Vis

Is it possible to access the task Pane in Visio 2003. I was able to access
all other toolbars but not the task Pane. I want the task Pane to dynamically
change when i click on a shape and display a specific userform (which i will
create) with my customized shape properties. Is it possible? I saw something
similar done in an example in outlook using the Information Bridge Framework.
If it is not possible to access the Task Pane, then is there a way to create
a userform that is dockable and resizable (like the stencil window)? Thank
you for your help.

If you downlaod the Visio 2003 SDK, you will find code example for ceating
anchor windows.

Chris Castillo's Visio solution development weblog at blogs.msdn.com has a
good step by step article on how to use the Code Librarian samples included
with the Visio 2003 SDK, and he specifically refers to the Anchor Bar usage
sample as a way to customize the user interface by adding your own custom
